Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing may already have begun.

What if my watch arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment. If there are no updates after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll assist you.

Warranty

All Glenaw timepieces are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:


- Normal wear and tear


- Damage caused by misuse


- Water damage beyond stated resistance
